AptAmigo - Nashville Apartment Locators — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I spent weeks searching on line for an apartment for my daughter who was moving off campus. We live out of state, so we were not able to visit any of the complexes. I got bogged down in all the reviews and just got more confused and tired the more I looked. Ellie Krueger with AptAmigo called me ( I had clicked on an apartment site to say I wanted more info ). She told me they work with many apartment complexes (not all) and assured me that there was no cost to me for her help. I was a little skeptical, but said OK anyway because I was tired of searching. She asked me for some information and then sent me a handful of links to apartments that met my criteria. Once I narrowed down the list to 3 or 4 we liked the most, she sent me all of the needed information, checked for any specials, got questions answered right away and even went to a couple of sites and did virtual tours with us so we could see the apartments. From what I understand, if you let them help you with your search all they ask is for you to let them handle it. In other words, if you do find other apartments you like - let them know so they can help you get all the details. I believe their goal is for you to sign an application for an apartment (that they have a relationship with). Once you have a submitted application, their job is done and you communicate with the complex from that point forward.

REVIEW: AptAmigo is a great service. At first I thought they were a scam but after working with them I can tell you that they're very real and extremely helpful - I would 10/10 recommend! Their team was extremely understanding, flexible, and accommodating of my needs. I personally worked with Madison and she was a godsend!

PROCESS: Madison reached out and asked for the type of place, neighborhood, and budget I was looking at. After that, she emailed me a list of recommendations and once I confirmed the apts I liked she scheduled tours that were at perfect times for me. She actually came along and toured the apartments with me and she made insightful observations about the units and worked really alongside the leasing agents to get the best deal for me. In fact there were some questions she asked that didn't even cross my mind which goes to show her thoughtfulness, thoroughness and commitment level.

RESULTS: One of the apartments Madison recommended was the one I ended up getting. Without her I wouldn't have even thought of looking at that complex or even neighborhood! The entire time she was very polite, professional, attentive, and timely. I was able to contact her via email, phone, and even text messaging which is great since it's usually a faster way of communication for me.

SUMMARY: In closing, apartment hunting was definitely stressful for me. But with Madison and by extension AptAmigo on my team it all became infinitely easier as they took some of that weight off my shoulders. I really cannot stress how great they are and how much you should...

Justin Pearce with Apartment Amigo gave us OUTSTANDING service! I’m a realtor in MS and was helping my son find housing in Nashville. He’s in the process of relocating from Dallas with his company.
