I found the worst possible Victoria secret store there is on east coast. As I walk in I find the whole store littered with merchandise which was haphazardly thrown around in nasty, dirty bins. Ofcourse there were about 7-10 'Floor Associates' busy talking amongst each other in corners or their boyfriends. Upon inquiring about being sized, the girl's nails literally prevented her from holding the measuring tape across my chest in the middle of the floor. She couldn't hold the 1 tool she needs to do her job. Also, since when did yall measure in public? In the middle of the store? Used to be fitting rooms cuz it's about customer service not employee convenience. Then this girl barely walks me to the bins of 38DDDs where she flings her hands and I ask her if she can help me find something with broader sturdy straps for big size and she literally looks at me like she's insulted. Anyway, ofcourse being ignored blatantly, she starts yapping with another 'Associate' and then came what i guessed by the nasty tone was a supervisor. At this point I'm confused about my own existence and I ask 3 EMPLOYEES about the fitting room and they are talking about their boyfriends. So I make my way to find the fitting room and it's locked. No employee there. I mean I can go on and on but yall either quit the jobs and let people who want to work take these jobs or shut it down. Stop bothering working when you dont want to...
Read moreWhile I understand that this Victoria’s Secret is an outlet store and offers great deals, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear organization and poor customer service.
The Good:
Great discounts on a variety of items, making it worth a stop if you’re looking for deals.
The Bad:
The checkout process was a mess. There were no clear signs indicating where to line up, leading to confusion and unnecessary waiting.
When we finally thought it was our turn, an employee rudely informed us we were in the wrong spot—despite no clear signage—and insisted we move.
To make matters worse, the same employee who made us move ended up being the one who was supposed to check us out. After her poor attitude and lack of professionalism, we refused service from her and chose to wait for another cashier instead.
Final Thoughts: Great deals, but the staff needs better training in both customer service and store organization. If they improve their checkout process and hire employees who actually care about customer experience, this location could be...
Read moreWe are from out of town and don’t have a Victoria secret where we live so we were pretty excited to find one when we arrived. We went into the store to shop and got one of their on sale bras and debated to buy it or not due to the fact none of the ladies can measure you apparently anymore which is understandable due to covid. At the check out the nice woman assured me multiple times I can get my money back if I bring it back with tags and a receipt so we got it. It didn’t fit so we brought it back and the woman at the door told me I couldn’t have my money back. She then soon called her manager over and her manager wouldn’t even apologize for her employee not being honest. She told me I could have a gift card (even though we don’t have a VS) and she assured me she shouldn’t even do that but she would. It was only 24.99 and it’s unreal to me. I work in retake and when or if someone lies to a customer, their suppose to keep their word. Needless to say I understand why they’re shutting down slowly. It’s unfortunate cause we’ve been shopping there...
