Jessie & Melanie were so very helpful and made me feel welcome. I accidentally stayed past closing time and they didn't seem annoyed or make me feel bad at all (Sorry!!!). Jessie even called another store to see if she could find something I wanted in my size (She did! I didn't even have to ask!). I'm very shy to ask questions so the fact that she was so proactive was awesome!!! The girl who answered the phone at the Cool Springs location was also very nice and sweet when taking my info :)

I usually have no luck shopping for clothes and leave stores disappointed. Jessie helped me find exactly what I was looking for (and more!) and made great suggestions. Melanie was very sweet at the register. The both of them really made my day.

Very rude employee. When I walked in I stood in line and when it was my turn she shut the register saying she was too busy I to help me. Even after I sat in line. Also My child was looking at things and we were told we had to hold the child or leave. This child is almost 3. He is old enough to walk alone. Also went to return a dress and it had the tags attached and I had a receipt. They wouldn’t do a full refund they just put it on a merchandise gift card. Which is useless bc I’m never going back. So now I don’t have my refund...
