Rustic Charm Permanent Jewelry — Local services in Nashville

I got a bracelet with a charm from here 3 months ago and spent $70 on it. It fell off once a month later so I went to a local jewelry to repair it store due to Rustic being 45 minutes away from me. At the local jewelry store, they had the same jewelry as Rustic Charm but $50 cheaper. 2 more months go by and it has fallen off again but now it is lost so so I can’t repair it. For that price it should not be falling off.
