The employees are always warm and welcoming when I am in their store or watching their videos online. I truly appreciate them keeping masks a priority throughout the pandemic to keep kids… who’ve had to wait a LOT longer for vaccines… safe. Their product selection is simply unbeatable! There are new items every single week… and in just a few weeks between visits… much of the whole store changes as new items come in and are showcased! Products are always arriving keeping shopping interesting even if I visit frequently. Their ability to personalize recommendations, gifts, and even holiday themed selections like Easter baskets or stocking stuffers is remarkable and such a life saver for busy families! And, on top of it all… I’ve never seen any store be so generous… donating toys to all sorts of toy drives and charities… plus treating customers to surprise giveaways with online orders quite often!

I just received another wonderful package that I ordered from The Toy Chest in Indiana! This small business is truly amazing! The customer support is outstanding! Not only do they wrap gifts free if requested but they can also send pictures to help you select the most perfect gifts. You can pick your gifts or Hilary and Emily (the owner and manager) can select the gifts for you, add a note, and send directly to the recipient as well! Prices are very reasonable and they often have coupons or one can build up points (to be used for free shipping or a percent off) as well. What a cool toy store! It is everything that I remember about walking into a toy store as a kid. Toy stores are not as common as they use to be and this gem is 100% worth a visit. It has items for every age person. Us adults love the more strategic games like Miyabi as well as the MadMatter Putty. The kiddos have such a range available from stuffies to crafts, building sets to board games, and toy vehicles to outdoor toys. Books, fidgets, puzzles, and sooooo much more.
