We came here on a Saturday evening to celebrate our 14th yr Anniversary w/ our 2 kiddos and it did NOT disappoint

This place is a MUST VISIT & EAT!!! It offers indoor and outdoor covered seating. Has a welcoming cozy atmosphere with artwork up of NYC up throughout the place. Lots of items on the menu are New York inspired names/areas. Really cool vibe/place!

The food is DELICIOUS. We ordered a variety of things off the menu and everything was fantastic. You really can't go wrong. We had the garlic knuckles and ate them so quickly we didn't get a picture, if you come here you MUST get the garlic knuckles!!! They are homemade dough rolled into knots & smothered in the yummiest butter & garlic!!! We also had a boneless wings, a meatball breadstick, lasagna, meatballs, a custom hand tossed NYC style pizza with pepperoni + jalapeños on 1 side & Maiden Lane on the other side and the Kissena Boulevard pizza Grandma's Pie style. All of the portions were HUGE and definitely could be spilt or take home for leftovers like we did. The lasagna was a HUGE piece packed with lots meat & sauce, so so good! The pizza was some of the VERY best we've all ever had. The ranch dipping sauce was great (which is VERY important when eating pizza & wings 😜) and so was the marinara sauce! I did notice they had gluten-free crust option and lots of options for vegetarians as well.

Our waitress Jaecyn(sp) was FANTASTIC and so sweet. She brought us an order of the sweet knuckles for our anniversary. The sweet knuckles are the same homemade dough rolled into knots and smothered with homemade cream cheese icing & cinnamon + sugar.

All in all I give this place 10/10 and HIGHLY recommend it. Definitely give it a try you will not be disappointed...

I’m very disappointed in my last experience here. There was hair in 1/4 breadsticks, my partner and I didn’t say anything because it was just one breadstick. When we got home (I live over an hour away) and ate the pizza it also had hair cooked into it. I called and asked for a refund the day of, they said they could only refund the pizza and there was nothing they could refund for the breadsticks since it was just one. That was Friday. It is now Tuesday, and they didn’t refund the 17.99 pizza. They only ended up refunding 11 something back. I also tipped 20 percent. I’m very upset about the customer service at this location, and I will sadly not be eating here again. I’ve called over 5 times now just to get it sorted out. On Friday they even hung up on me. I heard whoever I was on the phone tell their coworker that she had customers on the phone that were “complaining” about hair in their food. I don’t know if the customer service is always like this, but it was on Friday. Today (Tuesday), whoever I was talking to on the phone was very nice, including the other manager. I couldn’t get it sorted out today thought because the manager I talked to on Friday wasn’t here today. I don’t recommend eating here on...

Pizza was ok, Crust edges were bubbly and some edges did have sauce on crust. Leading to saucy fingers. The dough its self was very thin and the cheese and toppings where thicker than the dough. This caused the dough to be very oily and soggy. The flavor was excellent.

The issues I had were as follows. 1.According to our menu brozinis delivers, this has been changed. They no longer deliver The prices at the store differ from the prices online, leading to what appears to be the same price for a medium as a large. But i could be wrong. The menu online differs from the store The bread sticks we got were very doughy and undercooked, they noticed this immediately and corrected it.

Overall i would rate 6 of 10, 10 being the absolute best pizza ive had and 1 being i wouldnt return.

Pros Flavor was good, portions were right for the price location was easy to get in and out ,the staff was friendly.

Cons, Lots of air bubbles in pizza Very heavy greesy stains through box. Inconsistentcies with product quality, pricing, and services.
