I went here to get my diamond replaced after a prong broke. Albert took so much time with me to help me understand diamonds and the quality of diamond he used was better than the original. High quality service at very good prices. He does work there onsite in his shop right in front of customers which is rare these days and his prices are so good for the quality work he does. His reviews are impeccable and he is willing to take the time to help people learn things. I am not a jewelry person but my wedding rings are so special after 23 happy years together. Thank you all all so much at silver gold and old for helping me work through these diamonds. They are precious to me and you made a stressful situation turn into peace for me today. Finally found a place to custom make my wedding band. I've also been searching for a Memorial Ashes Pendant that was similar to my daughter's Urn, who passed on Valentines Day of this year.

They were very, very wonderful to work with. I, in addition got a replacement wedding band, that will be hand made. The whole experience thus far was quite nice.

We come shopping every fall in Nashville. Got a ring for my, then, boyfriend in 2020. Came back Nov 6, 2021 and he wanted it resized for a different finger now that we're engaged. We were told it would be 30 days. Ok... seems a little long, but things are crazy right now. So we decided to come back in Dec for Christmas shopping and pick it up then. I called when we didn't hear anything mid-December. Nor ready. I called beginning of Jan. It was waiting to soldered. We are 1 day short of 10 weeks for a resize before finally recieving word it's done. We paid more for the resize, that took more than double the time, than the actual ring. We love Nashville, and love supporting mom and pop shops, but we will never set foot in...
