I had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I went in for printing and shipping services, and everything was handled smoothly. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The store was clean, well-organized, and had all the supplies I needed. Bae & I needed a notary. Based on the 5 star reviews and distance, we decided to come here. When we walked in, we were greeted by Vipul Mehta, which was so nice and very uncommon these days. He greeted us and everyone that walked in, he said “Hi how are you? Welcome to UPS!” And everyone that left he would say “Have a good day”! This level of professionalism and kindness is so rare, you have to give people their flowers when they exude this kind of mannerism. Thank You Vipul🙏, we need more kindness...
