Wonder Docent — Local services in Nevada City

WD is the raddest art shop in the county! Tons of great paints, water colors, pens, paper, sketch and note books and even film! The shop is super inviting and aesthetically inspiring. The owner seems super cool and friendly and certainly has a knowledgeable background on a range of mediums. Such a great addition to our town. Can’t wait to see what shenanigans this art supply and creative space has in store! Huge plus to see cool art displayed and fun cards. It definitely gives off a similar grey goose energy while also being entirely it’s own...

Such a gem of a place! I love that they pay homage to both Grey Goose and Osborn/Woods, while also bringing in fresh, quirky, vibes. It's definitely one of those stores where you could easily buy one of everything because it's all so damn cool. Perfect spot to purchase fun gifts for the creatives in your life and a fabulous addition...

This charming store had a variety of beautiful and high quality art supplies, including water color paints and paper. There was a small but high quality selection of pencils, with Blackwings, Tom Bow and Mitsubishi. The owner was friendly and shared the wonderful history of the building/space. Great holiday...
