Seth Ernstberger, DMD — Local services in New Albany

There are literally probably a hundred orthodontists in the area that I could've chosen to get braces with. Several of them I actually visited for a consultation. I was an adult getting braces, so there were many factors that weighed highly in my decision making process. Those factors were: cost (since my insurance didn't cover anything because of my age), accessibility, availability for appointments (due to my career and needing appointments later in the day), and lastly, comfort (I was terrified😁 I unfortunately had some bad experiences with other ortho offices).

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this experience was going to be different than any other office I had visited! The staff was overly friendly, but in an honest, "we love you and are so glad you're here" kind of way. Dr. Seth was absolutely awesome! He was super sweet and comforting. He explained everything thoroughly and genuinely wanted me to feel at home there. I was assured that appointments would be tailored to my schedule and they were, which was absolutely wonderful! The office is located on State Street in New Albany, so extremely close to anywhere I typically am. When it came time to meet with the office manager to see if braces for me would be at all possible, financially, I was overwhelmed with happiness. I wasn't just given a total for treatment and told that I would have to pay "this amount down" and "this amount monthly". I was given a total for treatment and asked what I could afford to do--What would be comfortable for me. They were trying to help me out. Crazy! I was so amazed that I had found an office that completely put the patient first! I signed up for treatment right then and there and never looked back. I actually canceled all other consultation appointments and scheduled my first appointment the next day.

I am so glad I chose to go with E.O. The entire experience has been just awesome! I got my braces off today and am so happy with my new smile, but am sad I won't see my E.O family/friends as often as I have.

Sorry, this was a long review, but I wanted to fill you in on all the in(s) and out(s), because I know there are people out there searching for the same things in an office....

First off I have to say THANK YOU to this amazing office. They have gave me a confidence that I never thought I'd have. Being 20 years old, trying to start my career, I wasn't too excited about a mouth full of metal braces. Thankfully they were able to offer me clear braces which worked out perfectly. They worked with me financially and helped me find a payment plan that fit my budget. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during all of my visits, and I honestly felt like they became my friends. The office it's self is so CLEAN and inviting. I don't think I have ever smiled bigger since the day Dr. Seth removed my braces. I recommend this place to any...

What can I say? Dr. Seth and his staff were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Getting braces as an adult was a very difficult decision to make. But Dr. Seth put me right at ease in deciding to proceed. So I did. Dr. Seth and his entire team made it as comfortable as anyone possibly could.. They were all truly AWESOME!!! The atmosphere was always happy, friendly and caring. They make you feel like you're a part of the family. Dr. Seth is one in a million! I am so happy with my results and I would recommend him to anyone who is needing braces. My whole family is now going there and they all love him. Thank you ALL for everything and God...
