I can’t say enough about Don and the rest of the team here. They seriously went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I was taken care of. I had a unusually sized item that needed to be packed and was very valuable. Don walked me through every step needed and made all the best recommendations. He called me personally multiple times to let me know how things were going in the process and got it taken care of. Even when the company used to make the box made a mistake Don was right on top of it to make sure it was made right and called me the moment the correct box made it in and my item was shipped. I've been coming to your store for the past 3 years. Whenever I come in everyone is always very personable, professional and friendly. I recently locked myself out of my car. I tried to find my Triple A card but it was not in my wallet. I was able to get help anyway. I remembered showing Katie my Triple A card for the discount for a service. I apparently laid it down on the counter or dropped it. I came in today and Katie had found it and put it away for me. She also had my Social Security card that I'd left also! Don and his Staff at the UPS Store #3084 are awesome. I live in Tennessee and had purchased 2 Vintage Guitars that I was so worried about shipping. I called the store the first time to find out what to do because I had no idea. Alex told me not to worry that as soon as they received them they would take care of everything. They did exactly that! Don handled the final arrangements, communicated back and forth with me and put my mind at ease.Such a pleasure working with a business that knows what Customer Service really is....
