I don't have this problem at any other sonic I go to, so I'd just go to the one on 46 for the short answer.
First thing that was wrong, when ordering we were told that there was no way possible to get a chili cheese fry on the number 11 or number 12 that it was only possible to get a cheese fry even if we tried to add the chili on the side they wouldn't let us do it,
The second problem is they didn't even bring them out when we got our food and then they brought us a small cheese fry instead of the medium I upgraded to.
The third I found was that my chicken had been fried twice, the breading was twice as dark as usual and the meat inside was dark tan and very chewy for white meat. And not the right sauce, but the gravy I got was better than I had before at fast food so that was a plus. If they had been fried fresh they would have been very good.
The best thing I had was when I split the chili cheese fry I did get with my partner and the jalapenos they used were really good and the fries were pretty fresh.
The service was decent, when the girl brought out the food she was polite, but walked off and didn't wait to make sure we had everything, which they should have done before they brought it out as well.

Read moreWent one night last week to get ice cream after dinner and drove off with nothing. The service was HORRIBLE. The person on the speaker (Jessica) kept rushing saying “is that it?” as if she was in such a hurry for us to finish ordering. I told my husband just to drive off but he drove up to the window to pay anyway. Well we get to the window and Jessica and I think his name is joe both walked off. Joe got on his phone and totally ignored us and Jessica just disappeared. Then after about 4 minutes someone else yells out “Jessica did you make their shakes!?!” That person then comes to the window and asks how she can help us. We weren’t finished ordering and my husband wanted to go back to look at the menu again but I told him to leave because if these two were going to act t like that then they don’t need our business. This was the worst experience at sonic that we’ve ever come across. If Jessica or joe didn’t want to help us then all they had to do is say something not just walk off as soon as we got to the window. The manager should definitely have a rule about not using cell phones during working hours. That was extremely rude. If you want to be on your phone then go home.
