I greatly enjoyed shopping at Forever Nola while visiting from Atlanta. I purchased several items, some of which I could not take on the flight home... one being a beautiful mirror. I was assured there would be no problem shipping it to my home. After paying an additional $100 shipping fee, I assumed it would be properly packaged for shipment. When it arrived, the box was torn in several places exposing the frame and the mirror was shattered.
Although I was very disappointed, we all know what can happen in transit... I contacted Forever NOLA to see if the package had been insured and to be advised of my options. After several attempts to get an answer, I spoke with a lady whom I was told is the owner.
Other than a few scratches, the metal frame was intact so no need to return it. She suggested I have the mirror replaced and she would reimburse me for the replacement.
