Forever New Orleans — Local services in New Orleans

I greatly enjoyed shopping at Forever Nola while visiting from Atlanta. I purchased several items, some of which I could not take on the flight home... one being a beautiful mirror. I was assured there would be no problem shipping it to my home. After paying an additional $100 shipping fee, I assumed it would be properly packaged for shipment. When it arrived, the box was torn in several places exposing the frame and the mirror was shattered.

Although I was very disappointed, we all know what can happen in transit... I contacted Forever NOLA to see if the package had been insured and to be advised of my options. After several attempts to get an answer, I spoke with a lady whom I was told is the owner.

Other than a few scratches, the metal frame was intact so no need to return it. She suggested I have the mirror replaced and she would reimburse me for the replacement.

I had the mirror replaced ($138) and promptly emailed a copy of the receipt. After numerous calls and emails, I've yet to be contacted or reimbursed... at this point, I don't expect to. This incident happened in...

Forever New Orleans is a treasure trove of beautiful, unique, reasonably priced gifts. Their selection is stellar, with a lot of items you won't find in other stores in the French Quarter. Their staff has always been friendly and attentive, and every trip I've made into the store, I always come out smiling. I come here often when I need a gift, and will certainly continue to shop here. There's always something new and different to see! And the hours are convenient - the shop stays...

There are 3 of these little boutiques all on Royal Street and we hit every one of them. They are all different and we loved the second one the best. I wish I knew its actual address but it had by far the most French stuff we saw. The staff there were super sweet and helpful, especially Monay!
