I love having this spot in the neighborhood, though it’s a little pricey I think it’s worth it if you’re wanting to splurge a little on something nice. My only problem with this place is their hours seem to be constantly changing and they don’t update them anywhere online! So many times I’ve waited until later in the morning to go out and get my coffee so I can stop here on my way back, only to walk by and see it’s closed. The hours on their website, Google, instagram, etc are all incorrect, which is especially frustrating knowing how easily they can be changed/fixed. I’ve only had the chicken special sandwich and the breakfast sandwich, but these two are some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. There are many overpriced breakfast sandwiches in Brooklyn, but this one actually feels worth the cost. It comes with a fluffy steamed or baked egg patty, sausage, tomato and some crunch from potato chips and topped with oozy cheese. The brioche bun is soft of the inside and perfectly toasted. I’ve gotten ok to good sandwiches, ham, and cheeses here. Interesting selection of specialty foods, and some good beers. But the quality is not always commensurate with the price point.

Ham selection mixed, some great but some disappointing. The ham in the photo with this review is $72/pound. It was recommended by the staff, who seemed taken aback when I asked for a recommendation.
