I'm glad I came here and once but it's not the kind of place I'll regularly visit or recommend. Great food, wine selection, and cool gimmick. They serve exactly what they say they do and I can't fault them for that. The wait is long, the seats are uncomfortable (felt like I was dangling for an hour), and the tables are incredibly crammed together to maximize seating in the tiny space, I suppose. It was also super loud. Not a lovely, intimate date spot or a good place to catch up with a friend IMO. Not sure who the ambiance is for really.

We had the perfect dining experience at & Sons Ham Bar. Our server picked out an excellent 1995 vintage blended red that was exactly what we were looking for. The food that we paired with it was all great, with a nice combination between the meat and cheese board and a few small plates - the eggs were probably our favorite of the latter. Overall, we can definitely give a strong recommendation and we would definitely return. Just make a reservation because there are only 20 seats in the restaurant!

Wonderful little neighborhood wine bar pouring great by the glass selections & a dizzying array of vintages. Solid selection of country hams, cheeses, and small plates. All delicious, and thanks to the open plan you can see your food being prepared (and ham being sliced on the vintage slicer) as you imbibe. The cozy space has a convivial atmosphere - André will make you feel at home.

Dude, Full disclosure, I’ve been patronizing all of your service storefronts up and down Rogers Ave since the very beginning, I’ve gotten a Boat full of bread from You, endless foodie gifts, Your book I’ve given to All my In-laws and parents, I’ve given Anatole to a bunch of kids, Kingfisher, Mockingbird, I’ve loved them all. The cheeses the baked goods, your sandwiches… I was as loyal as they come and has grateful for how You completely changed the face of Rogers Ave & So I’m sure You can understand how it kind of feels like the rug was pulled out all Of a sudden and without explanation and it’s obviously not “fishing” . So as a huge fan who has bared my soul here. Can you please tell Us, is any of it ever...

Amazingly good neighbourhood joint, owned by Andre Mack (which I didn't appreciate until after the fact).

Charcuterie and Cheese board was delicious, served with delightful accompaniments (e.g. pickled watermelon rind, candied mulberry seeds). Toast and Cornbread were similarly excellent. Atmosphere was great. Staff slick, knowledgeable and warm.

Incredible purely American wine selection (why do more places not emphasise the amazing wines grown here?), including some well-aged stock at very reasonable prices.

We will most...
