I was touring buildings in Tribeca to buy. Went to every luxury high rise and this has to be the worst. Is this an actual scam? The hallways look unfinished and so unrefined. The lobby looks very cookie cutter. The gym looks like an equinox. The units??? Don’t even get me started… the cheapest materials a building could use. The walls & kitchen look so cheap and the ceilings are only 10-11 feet.
