Came here on a Saturday afternoon to purchase two fish, one small ranchu($18) and one baby oranda ($8), guy told us they only stock healthy nice fishes. I placed both fish in a hospital tank before adding them to my tank but unfortunately the ranchu died Sunday morning. I Came back the next day to tell them what happen, to see if I can get a replacement but he bluntly told us there’s nothing he can do, the fish he sell is fine. The only thing he could do is offer a discount on another fish. NO thanks, not going to buy another...

I don’t recommend this place until they start keeping their fish in better conditions. I understand that it’s a business and this is temporary housing most of the time, but keeping fish in tanks too small for them to turn around in is inhumane and cruel. Plus, quite a few fish I saw appeared to be sickly or had signs of Ich. It’s probably not a coincidence that you are not allowed to take any photos inside…

PS: there’s better fish shops nearby, look online and check reviews before you go! no photos is a big...

My kid just bought their starter pet here. The guy working there was so sweet and kind about it. He didn’t try to upsell us, just helped us figure out what we needed—even talking us out of getting some extra fish that looked cool, but might not work for our situation.
