Update: I’ve been a regular here for 3 years. Lee and Laura are truly outstanding. I usually make it a point to call ahead, but on the rare occasions when I’ve had emergencies, they’ve always accommodated me and consistently delivered excellent work. The ambiance is so soothing that I’ve often found myself nodding off.

Lee, in particular, is exceptionally meticulous. Given how specific I am about my nails, her patience is commendable. She never forgets my preferred color and always greets me with warmth. At 176 Cozy, you’re not only paying for quality but also a top-tier experience complemented by personalized customer service.

Previous Review on Yelp: One of the worse things about moving is finding new spots for your self care rotation. Particularly, finding a good nail salon with quality service & a good color selection can be difficult. Luckily I think I've found the one! They sanitized my phones upon entrance. Had hand sanitizer and great covid procedures in place. I think I got the best pedicure I've had in my life! My nails look wonderful! I can't wait to go back!...

This is my favorite nail salon in Williamsburg for a gel pedicure! I highly recommend the gel pedicure, which lasts sometimes close to 4-5 weeks with no chipping!

If possible, I recommend coming during a weekday and not too close to closing. I find the nail technicians are much more relaxed, and take their time giving you a very relaxing experience.

Their menu is a bit confusing, but you can pay a little extra to get an olive or lavender treatment on top of your pedicure. It’s amazing and definitely worth it if the salon is not rushed and they truly give you full add on experience. The 10 min foot massage and the leg mask are amazing!

I tried to come on a Tuesday evening or Wednesday afternoon if I can slip away from work for an hour.

I’m giving 4 stars bc the quality of the experience is simply not so great when they are rushed and very busy. Often making you wait 15 to 20 minutes because they’ve double booked (even if you made an appointment in advance). Or if they are really busy, they will sometimes switch your nail technician mid-service...

I went in a few weeks ago to book a same day appointment, and booked the last one which was at 6:45 pm (they close at 8). Arrived on time, sat down and they asked which pedicure I wanted and thought because of time, I should go with a regular instead of spa. The lady proceeds to give me this superficial pedicure and was extremely aggressive with my feet, pushing and pulling my feet to the point where I pulled my foot back from her, and she looked alarmed and I said to her "stop" "calm down" this woman was hysterical, she went to get a hot towel for my legs, she applied it and I told her it wasn't hot. It was actually cold. She starts losing her mind. It was an insane experience. Long story short the manicure sucked, pedicure chipped that has NEVER happened to me. My nails are breaking and this was a disgusting experience. The manager tried apologizing to me and gave me some punch card, I am responding to that by leaving this review. Avoid it at all costs, there are other spots with non-psychopaths working there. Very...
