My daughter had lived at 250 E Houston for the last three years while she was attending school. The building is always kept clean and the staff from the front desk, to maintenance to management were always very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns my daughter may have had. Mike the super for this property always went above and beyond with any repairs or concerns we may have had. He is very knowledgeable and knows all the tenants in the building. Gerard the property manager always answered any questions that we needed answers to and also went above and beyond as well. The front desk were always professional and always willing to lend a helping hand. I will highly recommend living here. It’s great place to live and a great location that is close to transportation and within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. We lived here for 3 years. Great apartments in a great building in East Village/Lower East side.

The front desk staff and maintenance staff is super friendly & attentive--they genuinely care about making residents feel welcome and safe in a busy neighborhood. We had 3 different building managers during our time, but the current GM, Sarah, is fantastic. Living in a luxury building is great, but the support from the building staff/management made it feel like home.

This is the best rental spot on the east half of NYC. Fantastic location, building is perfectly sized, fun neighborhood, units have balconies and great views, modern amenities. Most importantly staff is fantastic and very reliable - specifically Stephen Keebler who manages the building, the front-desk staff Yonten, Tawan, Dashawn, as well as the maintenance folks who take extreme pride in their work - David, Taheim and others.
