I usually recommend Y7 to everyone but I don’t know what is happening these days. Their rooms are NOT a heated room anymore. I even asked them if they changed the heat to be a lot lower since it’s been several classes, or maybe I’m just getting used to it? And the girl at the front desk literally was clueless and said it’s up to the instructor. I thought that was weird that the front desk member couldn’t answer a simple question. I have started going to Fierce Grace and bode yoga because they can’t consider this class “hot” yoga anymore. That aside, I LOVE the classes and music choices. When I say I used to recommend any y7 to everyone, I mean it. I don’t want to waste money and time going to this location when I’m not getting what I want out of it anymore, but also don’t want to waste money going to other locations that also don’t heat their rooms anymore to just be disappointed after a class time and time again. If that isn’t a problem for you, you’ll love the class. Great music and for the most part,...
Read moreInfrared warm yoga with Jess is such a wonderful time; I seek out her classes. She has a great voice and is so encouraging in class. The flows are creative and the breathing cues are great too. Also nice music that I vibe with.
The studio is clean with wonderful amenities like complimentary gym towels, showers, Ursa Major face towelettes and other toiletries. You will need to rent a yoga mat, and large yoga towel if you do not bring one.
I attend pretty regularly with classpass for the Restore classes, but occasionally for their signature WeFlowHard classes, especially on Fridays if they have a theme like Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Post Malone.
If you are a traditional yogi type, this class is probably not for you... class is in the dark, with pop music, and sometimes less traditional flows. But if you do like music, a warm/hot room, and an athletic challenge, you might want to...
Read moreMaybe the worst yoga studio I’ve ever been to. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I live close by but I’m disappointed every time. Last night the studio was so unreasonably hot, I was dripping sweat to the point I was getting very dizzy during the flows and had to stop near the end. I’ve practiced yoga for years so it’s not that the flow itself was especially challenging but the room was unbearably hot. Everyone was wiped out after this class. They only have the water fountain that fills your water bottle and I forgot my bottle so I asked the front desk if they had cups. They said they didn’t have cups but I could buy water instead. Let me get this right…you’re a hot yoga studio and you don’t have a way for customers to get water without purchasing it. Glad to hear you care so much about safety in...
