I am an employee of a nearby hospital. I parked my Lexus RX350 here a total of 3 times for their early bird $15/day special. The first two times, I would give them a 4 star rating since I didn't have much of problem other than waiting 5-10mins for my car. The third time is the reason I would NEVER park here again despite it's relatively cheap early bird special - it's just not worth it.

The third time I parked here, after I arrived home, I noticed my Lexus RX350 had HUGE SCRATCHES about 2x2ft long by the passenger side headlights. I immediately called the place and spoke to their manager Eduardo who reassured me that they will check the camera tapes to see if the damage occurred in their premises, and that I will be made aware of what they saw in the tapes the following day. The following day, Eduardo, in person, told me that they did not check the tapes because they are no longer liable as soon as I left the parking lot's premises. Despite my respectful requests for them to check the tapes, I was denied.

There are multiple parking lots within the area for $2 more where I now parked consistently and would NEVER park at this place again! I would've saved the aggravation and $250 paint repair this place...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I waited 25 minutes for my car and when I ended my patient demeanor and demanded they bring it out after 5 people got their vehicles before me, my car got brought out right away. They also CLEARLY rummaged through my center console and glove compartment, but I never keep valuables in my car. I’d rather just pay $20 instead of $15 than deal with this...

For your own sake and sake of your car AVOID this place. The price speaks for the service you get. The parking attendant damaged my car, and I mean damaged for the cost of $3,5K (I got an estimate and have everything recorded on my dash camera) and the owner doesn’t want to pay for...
