The manager Anita with black glasses is the worst with her rude employees and the white cashier that has heavy accent the moment she saw me she made a face was it really because of me or because I was the only Hispanic standing on the line . Maybe we should start training our employees on how to be more friendly and more neutral to people with different skin colors because y’all were starring at me like I’m as stealing the blanket. I went today around 9pm found this blanket on clearance and one of the workers was looking carefully starring at me while I was checking the clearance so I grab the blanket for 20$ price marked which was around the price of the rest of blankets I go to the cashier and the cashier looks at the red tag without scanning or looking at the price and automatically says that’s not the price girl you haven’t even scanned it and she’s already peeling it off I’m like what are you doing scan it first she’s like it’s not the price and I tell her how would you know if you haven’t scanned it and she’s like because I know it doesn’t match the numbers I’m like but you haven’t even looked at it and I tell her she has to honor because it’s clear as air that the price was stuck and placed by worker like it was hard to peel off then she calls the manager and the manager is like this a new style I’m like how would you know if it’s a new style if I checked all the blankets didn’t find it nothing the same as this and she goes and supposedly scans it on the little machine and doesn’t even show me or anything and comes back that it 39.99 mind you they never scanned the red price I even told them to check the cameras if they thought I placed the price and from reading other reviews it seems like they are running a scheme to not give customers clearance either the employee wants to take it home or they just randomly decide it’s to cheap let’s put the original price I will not be shopping here again and reminder that they stopped dei program Ps Burlington and tjmax has items on sale as low as 70 cents and I have never had problem with them questioning the price

They always have a lot of good stuff. Every time I go there, I find something I want from practically every department. I would give it 4 or 5 stars but this location is so messy. I don't know if it's the customers or the employees but it's messy and dirty. You have to look carefully for whatever you're shopping for. Lines are also always long. Again, not sure if it's customers or employees. But the cashier's there are really nice which is a plus. Sometimes places like that, they're not. I like that they take the time to be polite and friendly.

Marshalls had moved to new location. New address is 61-35 Junction Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374 It's on the 3rd floor of the Rego Park mall, where a Century 21 used to be, and which also has a Costco and a TJ Max (it's now conveniently on the same floor as a TJ Max). It's very spacious and now it's well organized, but there were not many cashiers and there were long lines of shoppers. If they added more cashiers, shopping would be more enjoyable.

horrific service at the fitting room. the one staff member there on 6/29/19 at 6-7pm ish was very rude to me and my family. when she saw us coming to the fitting room, she purposely left and pretended to replace items that other customers left. we calmly waited for her to come back. when she saw we were still there, she looked at us and yelled "STAY THERE, WAIT FOR ME" as if we were obligated to do as she told us. when my mom saw a hat she liked among the pile of clothes left by other customers that she hasn't taken to replace yet, the staff came over and started yelling at my mom. she demanded that we shouldn't touch the clothes there, yelling "DON'T TOUCH," and causing a scene. This got my mom fired up, and when my mom asked her " what do you mean don't touch," people started coming over to see what was going on. At this point, the staff member saw the crowd growing, so she pretended to be a helpful staff member by saying " do you have a question?" My mom replied with the same thing " what do you mean 'don't touch.'" the staff member pretended not to hear her and said "do you have a question?" at this point my mom had lost all respect and hope for the staff member and just told her to get her to a room. The staff member took the clothes to count them, and purposely dropped one on the floor. she gave the clothes she was still holding back to my mom and was waiting for my mom to pick up the clothes that the staff member dropped. when my mom asked where her 4th clothes went, the staff member leaned down and picked it up, but she gave my mom major attitude while doing so. when my mom came out the fitting room, the staff member decided to mock her by making making a smiling face that was obviously meant to be disrespectful and saying while laughing " i hope you enjoyed your experience." horrific service. before this experience, my family enjoyed strolling through marshalls and picking up merchandise here and there, but this one staff member ruined the entire store for us. i am not exaggerating when i claim that this one staff member acted like she was the manager around the customers and tried to command the customers around. i don't know if the bystanders will see this, but if they do, they will be able to back up what i have said. if i could, i wouldn't even give this review 1 star, as i see that would be way too much for...

Horrible place to shop! I can’t say enough about this particular location that there is always a long line to the cashier. Yesterday I went shopping for my daughter who is going off to college. Found few things including a sweater that had a ticket sale $3 and I found on the sale rack. I sent the pic to my daughter if she would like it. She told me that she saw it last season and ask me to buy it. I stood in line for over 30 mins! Finally got to the cashier, she told me that the sweater is definitely not that price. I said that the ticket was on it and I asked for a supervisor. She told me she is a supervisor (which I didn’t believe it) so then I asked to speak to the manager. She went to another employee aka another supervisor and came back to tell me to wait. I waited another 10 mins. and he never came. Finally the real manager showed up, her name was Fanny and told me this is a new merchandise and can’t sell me the sweater for that price. I explained to her that they made mistake putting the ticket on it and placing the sweater on the sale rack, therefore I want it for that price. The manager just walks away ignoring me. The cashier had smirk on her face! I felt humiliated!

Update! Gave them another chance!

I stood in an hour long line just to find out that “someone” put a wrong price sticker on the tag. I was so disappointed and frustrated, that I wasted so much time again, but the employee Andrew was very rude rather than apologetic. I left everything with tears in my eyes! There is no way that anyone can put the sale sticker there, it can only be done with price gun by an employee. Nobody really checks on those prices if they were done correctly?! I will not leave this alone, I will contact someone in media I need to let others know about this store! And I will...
