The coffee is very good but the attendants are very bad. I recently had an incident about a bakery item that had a price tag of 99 cents on it but the guy at the register, whose name is Woodmins, was trying to charge me $1.99. I said to him "the tag says 99 cents" but he insisted that I should pay $1.99. The other attendant, named Larquese, went running and took away the 99 cents tag. I stood firmly on my word that I should not pay $1.99 if the tag said 99 cents. After they gave me a really hard time they finally accepted and I paid 99 cents. Now this morning after I got coffee and a muffing and left I forgot to get a sandwich for work. After Woodmins took my order, I overheard Larquese saying to him from a distance in their language, which I understand, "what did this guy come for now! sandwich?" and Woodmins looked my way and chuckled. If I had another 7-eleven in the area I would definitely go there, not this...
Read moreThis 7-11 is, unfortunately, a rough place. Twice, I have gone here for a quick snack, and experienced other customers being weirdly aggressive toward me. Once it was a dramatic drunk woman who made a scene with a cashier and then walked past me, deliberately bumping into me. The second time was today. A random person whom I have never met walked up to me and started speaking to me about a judge and a friend in jail. I ignored him and he literally blew his rank breath at me to get my attention. I told him he mistook me for someone else. In addition, regularly, I have seen patrons try to pick fights (loudly and for long periods) with the staff (bless the people who work here!). Sometimes I need a quick snack, exactly as this store sells. But it’s not worth it to put myself into this environment. And you...
Read moreThis place is the worst 7-Eleven I've been to. The service deserves zero stars because the employees and managers don't care. I asked the cashier was he aware of the refrigerator/cooler ( where the drinks are stored) not working. All the drinks were warm to hot, even the diary drinks. Then I also asked, if they were accommodating us with ice if I bought the warm drink. He sarcastically told me, "no, you can fill a cup with ice for $1." I declined and said that's bad business. You're selling hot drinks and you aren't accommodating with ice. It's 90+ degrees today. The manager chimed in with an attitude, "if you don't like you can go somewhere else." AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I will never spend my $$$ in any establishment that displays this business practice. I'm...
