I recently moved into Aalto57, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. George was incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process, making everything so smooth and stress-free. He promptly addressed all my questions via email, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. The staff here, including the management team, front desk, and maintenance, are all so professional, pleasant, and always eager to help. Their commitment to excellent service really stands out.

The apartment itself is beautifully designed with a well-thought-out layout and stunning finishes. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and vibrant. One of my favorite features is the terrace with grills—perfect for hosting! I've already had friends over, and they were thoroughly impressed with the complex.

Overall, Aalto57 has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience...

The noise in this building is extremely disruptive. They are doing construction in the building and there is a continuous drilling. From 9 am to 5 pm, every day of the week, you will hear at a very loud level drilling and banging. The noise means that no one could sleep/nap (if you have a baby or a toddler , seriously stay away from this building). The building has several spaces for rent for commercial activities so the chances that the drilling and the banging will stop soon are minimal. We have been hearing this noise since we moved, almost a year ago. The noise came from the construction of an american bank's office on the ground floor of the building. The drilling is so loud that you have the impression that they are working in our apartment even if we are several floors above de construction ground. Now another working site started inside the building at another floor. So at least another year...

We’ve had a wonderful experience living in Aalto57 and have been consistently impressed by the entire Aalto57 team. Even before moving in, the building staff (George in particular) were extremely welcoming and made the apartment tours, application, and subsequent move-in experience as easy as possible.

The building itself is spectacular — the apartments have high ceilings, large (soundproof!) windows, and a beautiful design. We’ve put the kitchen to the test with a lot of cooking at home; the range / fridge / oven have all surpassed our expectations. The gym and terrace are also fantastic, and every shared space in the building feels spotless.

It truly feels like a dream living here. While there are many places to live in NYC, Aalto57 really does feel like home. Thank you...
