We visited this location last week on vacation. I was very impressed with the service from the store manager Jeggi! I initially walked in wanting the hand soap. Jeggi let me try different scents of the hand soap as he described the notes and intentions behind the product's design. I also noticed that they have body gels. Jeggi also let us sample those and some of the skincare products as well. And if all that wasn’t enough, he gave me free books featuring photographic work by Romain Laprade, along with some additional samples to take home. As a photographer myself, I love the books! Read moreThis is a product review for the Aesop Hand Balm. I was sad to learn that this expensive lotion contains Phenoxyethanol, which is used a preservative. It's highly toxic especially for pregnant women. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide me with a resolution and just said that Aesop is not an organic brand, which is unsatisfactory response. We pay premium for Aesop products and expect that Aesop use non-toxic quality ingredients. Please discontinue use of toxic ingredients in your products.
