I went to this nail for years and it was wonderful. A new manager, Stacy, took over the salon and the system for appointments is really confusing. I called for a 3:30pm appt. I showed up at 3:50pm. I confirmed they had time even though I was late. Stacy said yes. A lady started on a pedicure and after 5min, Stacy pulled the lady from my service And asked me to ‘relax for 15min” bc another appt showed up. This is not the first time something like this has happened under her management. I usually love coming to AH. The staff is professional and lovely, it's very clean, and the prices are reasonable. However, I got a $65 spa pedicure ($80 after tax and tip) on Friday July 22 and my two toe nails have already chipped. This was with Essie gel which usually lasts for 2 weeks. The $45 basic spa pedicure advertised on their website is no longer available, so I decided to spring. I was latina, and I went because it had a lot of good reviews. In total it was 16$ and I give the girl 20$, ans she didn't ask Me for how much of tip I was going to give (its 2-3$) and she just told me, this is mine.
