Be aware and stay away! This is the most horrible and disgusting flower shop I have ever dealt with! Cheap and unprofessional. My mood immediately went when i saw uncomprehensive card with horrible handwriting, which was supposed to beautiful love letter! But when i checked the orchids - pot was overwatered with bad leaves at the bottom - i decide to give them a call and before i even tried to explain until the end....Woman over the phone - was just yelling and arguing, which was not necessary at all- at the end she told me "oh i dont think this is our flowers, we never send orchids' - obviously its just tells me that they are low in business and i am attaching a proof of picture of todays date and company's name, address and phone number of the flower company." At this point i just hang up - because i wont argue with this women who simply can't take any criticism and just blames her customer - as you can see in all other reviews as well. Moreover delivery guy afterwards called, rudely as well asking to pick the flowers which i agreed, and according to his words, wont get refund but still need to return flowers. These flowers were paid - and nobody even asked them to refund to begin with! So wooow - i have no words for cheap and people who work there, obviously this place...
