I was in this shelter when it first opened 2014. It was suppose to be income based housing and they turned it into a shelter. The best shelter I ever stayed in. It was clean of course and you got to stay in a luxury apartment without having to pay the luxury price. It's on a quiet block across from a school. Stores and public transportation is walking distance. I was able to get ny apartment in a couple of months being there so I wasn't there long. The ppl there was very helpful. Can't complain about anything there. Not even the residents because I didn't have to deal with anyone. I keep to myself and do what I need to do. So I was good with almost everyone.
