This location sucks as much as Sales associate Roxana, a chick with platinum blonde hair! BEWARE: Roxana is a liar and overcharges for things she keeps for herself. Boycotting until they get rid of her.
I went simply for a new pair of boots. Roxana got the shoes I wanted in my size and charged me. Roxana asked for my email because "aldo only emails the receipt". I gave her my email; however, I never got the receipt. About an hour later, I realized that I didn't get my electronic receipt. So I went back to the store, found Roxana, she printed and gave me the receipt. Then I said to Roxana,"oh I thought Aldo didn't print receipts". Roxana replied that she had to reprint it and walked away with a nasty face. so I just noticed that I was charged for an additional item called Forcfarc. I have no idea what this item is! She probably didn't email the receipt because she got this item for herself. I am frustrated that Roxana lied about this made-up" email only policy" and charged me for an item that I didn't ask for and didn't receive. Now I have to contact Aldo and possibly pay a visit to the store to get my money back. Read moreDefinitely the WORST & disgusting service they provide. My friend saw a cute pair of shoes and asked if they have a new pair of it. But they don't, because it was on-sale. The guy who assisted us was nice, and told us he will try to wipe off the sample shoes to see if we will take it. We notice the sample shoes is worn out even after they clean it. Then a very UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL dark skin sales guy came over (maybe the manager) and said "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?"
The way he approached us makes us feel VERY uncomfortable and IMPATIENT. He even told us the sample shoes IS the NEW shoes. Since he insisted, so I showed him the shoes (far far away from his face) and point out the worn-out part and all the dirt and scratches that was on it. He refused to even look at it himself and told us to get it off his face. Again, the shoes was far away from his face because he was way taller than us.
He knew that was a sample shoes for customers to try-on. And still trying to sell it to us and told us it was NEW even we asked for BRAND new one. Because if they don't have it on the store then we definitely will order online instead.
Definitely will NEVER EVER SHOP IN ALDO STORE IN SOHO AGAIN.

Immediately we had an associate run to the door with hand sanitizer in her hand forcing it onto customers and us. We have our own! We are well into this pandemic. Then proceeding to tell me my mask was inappropriate for it was slightly see through. So no I can't shop here unless they provide me with the mask they want me to have. No I will not take your mask. I've been wearing it all year!
If you are scared for your safety stay home and stay 6 feet away from me. She VIOLATED that ONE rule to tell me I can't shop here with my own mask!!! That's funny.
You work in SoHo in a high traffick area. With people visiting from all over the world. I have never been stopped during this whole pandemic for my mask being inappropriate. Get over it
Me and my Fiance' could have argued but instead left next door to Steve Madden and spent $250 there. Obviously Aldos is doing great in this pandemic to have their employees chasing customers away. I will be calling coporate as well. This all can be seen on camera. Thank you Aldos for reminding me why I don't shop with you guys.
