I got my nails done here when they first opened up and I had the best experience. I recently came back and got my nails done again but with Lisa. I stated what I wanted when I walked in and she was being pushy for me to do a more expensive pedicure option. I said no. Once I state what I want I would like to just be left in peace not badgered to spend more! I also asked for a color match recommendation because the last time I came the girl was so helpful but she said no u pick yourself. She wasn’t being very patient or helpful. My pedicure had air bubbles once it dried and she ripped the skin around my finger nails and left polish around my nails on my skin. She used a nail drill to clean up the polish around my nail but was jabbing at my skin. The sides of my fingers were stinging and bleeding. She kept adding oil to it. It was giving me anxiety feeling like I had to micro manage! The skin was hanging off by the end. I told the owner what happened but he barely spoke English so we couldn’t communicate. He filed around it to try and fix it but kept jabbing at my open cuts. It really hurt! I really liked this place but my experience coming back was tense and super stressful. Now I’ll have to mend to my cuts and skin until they heal. Update: I waited a few days to add photos of the healing process of my nails. This has never happened to my skin before. My pedicure also didn’t last.

I just had the worst experience getting a manicure today with Michelle. I usually make an appointment with Wenny, who is such a caring, gentle and talented artist. Michelle treated me with rudeness, disdain and talked down to me rather than honoring my wishes. The worst part is she was so rough with me that she hurt me (both in filing my nail bed too thin and grabbing my fingers too hard). When I expressed that she was hurting me, she continued to do so and blamed her painful grip and twist on my hyperhidrosis in an attempt to attack me and make me feel bad - which is pure meanness. When I asked for 3 coats instead of two, she blamed my precious technician (whose work I love and lasts 4 weeks at a time) for not knowing what she’s doing and putting it on too thick. While I am walking out of the salon with clown nails this time. I don’t know how someone who treats other in these abusive ways should even have access to other people’s hands. The manicure came out looking like it was carelessly done, the same experience I had with Michelle, who treated me with rudeness and contempt. I am leaving 3 stars instead of one for my normal experiences with the very sweet and talented Wenny. Edit* I usually have SNS nails on for 4 weeks. These nails broke after one day

I was looking forward to a relaxing Friday night and couldn’t have been more disappointed with my visit. Here the staff neither values a 4th time returning customer, nor a customer with an appointment. I’m not sure who’s the bigger fool, them or me for waiting an hour to get an attendant. Worse, I was only attended to once I started to put my sneakers on (officially giving up on my pedicure). And a woman who had walked in 30 minutes after I did got attended at the same time as me (Again, what’s the point of making an appointment?) While they did apologize for the wait I couldn’t have anticipated what a bad quality and terrible rush job they would do. The finish on all my nail ends is horrible and they used sopping wet and cold towels. They didn’t even bother to snag the hot ones like I saw they were using on other customers and have used on me before. Again, it’s a shame because I was excited for the new nail spot across the block and had been here three times earlier but I will absolutely not be retuning. Here’s some pictures of the quality of their manicures… I took these while in the salon. I know, I should’ve asked them to fix it then but I couldn’t be there another minute.
