2024 Update: Oof, this place has gone downhill. There was one sales associate and she was not interested in customer service at all. She didn’t acknowledge us at all in the 10 minutes we were in the store; she just stood st the counter playing with the iPad. And the store was disheveled. Also, they took the prices off the tags, so there’s no way to know how much things cost without asking. Weird!!!

Ich war schon bei in vielen American Vintage - Stores auf der ganzen Welt. (zB. Irland, Spanien etc.) und habe dort immer ein tolles Erlebnis gehabt. Die zwei Damen in diesem Laden haben mich aber dazu gezwungen eine Bewertung zu schreiben.

Ich war vor 3 Tagen dort und habe geshoppt wie ich es gewohnt bin. Alles rausgelegt und im Anschluss um meine Größe gebeten. Als ich mich dann entschieden habe und bezahlen wollte - hatte der Store kein Internet und konnte mein Kundenkonto nicht finden. - Kein Problem ich bat mich anzurufen oder mir eine email zu schreiben sobald das Internet wieder da ist, damit ich meine Sachen bezahlen kann und meine Kundenkonditionen bekomme. Meine Ware habe ich zurücklegen lassen! Da ich nach 3 Tagen noch nichts gehört habe bin ich heute hingefahren. Ich habe freundlich gefragt ob das Internet nun wieder da wäre. Es war. Ich wollte also mein Tshirt kaufen welches nicht für mich zurückgelegt wurde. Stattdessen musste ich es wieder aussuchen und raussuchen lassen. Auch wurde ich nicht informiert.

Das alles waere 'halb so schlimm' wenn die beiden Mädels nicht so desinteressiert gewesen wären. Eine solche Attitüde...

The quality of the items is questionable at best. Bought a $200 shirt jacket. Got a hole literally the next day just from rolling up the sleeves. Went in to replace it, and the new one had a button come off after only a few wears. I regret not returning it from the start. I love this store in Europe but whatever it is they ship over here is...
