This is the worst experience I have ever had. As others have mentioned, the semi-long, bronzed-haired staff is especially bad.

I had a stroller and I repeatedly pushed the button for help at the door, but she ignored me, obviously seeing me from the inside and seeing my eyes. when I finally saw a friendly person passing by who offered assistance and she rushed over to me and asked, "do you need a help?"

I was stunned and speechless

She was completely unmotivated in the store, and I left immediately feeling very disappointed. Of course, when i left the store, it was not her but a customer in the store who supported me.

She should be fired now. it must be make bad reputation of store becuse her.

The whole experience was like a nightmare!!!

I ordered a hunter coat online and waited for a week before they shipped out. I tried to cancel the order because it’s taking too long, but they told me I can’t cancel it. So I waited and eventually after I received the order, it was a WRONG item!! Not a coat, but a very small bag with a lingerie in side.

What make things worse is there is no return label attached, and I couldn’t even find the order using their online return portal ( which is rediculous).

After all the time I’ve already wasted, I have to write emails back and forth to get the wrong package returned. Now I’m still waiting to get a solution and it’s really...

Don’t recommend to order anything from these store. I bought 4 items and spent $600. One of the items does not fit me, and I wanted to return. In order to return the item, you have to send an e-mail with the inquiry. I was notified that I cannot return it as it was final sale! However, on their and it said WINTER SALE. Which is totally not final sale! The did not clearly show that I will not be able to return/refund items if I bought it on sale. I strongly urge you not to buy anything from this store.
