I cannot express how much I appreciate this place! Last year I bought my first tree from them and EVERYONE who came into my home commented on how beautiful it was. Even relatives who saw it on video chat loved it. On top of that the service is top notch, they make you believe in Christmas spirit! I use to go to Home Depot and the tree would die 2x as fast and never look as good as these. They also grow them pesticide free which when you have animals and little ones around the tree is definitely something you want to think about. Do yourself a favor and visit them!!

We’ve been getting our family tree at Anne’s for about 7yrs now. It’s become a bit of a family tradition to have the kids look around with a member of the staff (very helpful and polite) and pick out our tree. They’re all patient and helpful no matter how many trees the kids ask to see before choosing the right one. Highly recommend getting your tree here, they are always fresh and last well past Christmas and the new year!

The best place to get your Christmas Tree! The trees are beautiful and fresh! The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, patient, and knew what type of tree I was looking for. He trimmrd it, fresh cut, tied it on my roof, it didn't budge on the way home to Brooklyn! It's no wonder how Ann's Treeland stayed in business for 30 years! My tree is perfect in every wayšŸŽ„šŸŽ

I was told they can drill my tree, as my tree stand requires it. "Thank you, I'll be there in 15 minutes." I arrived, and picked my tree quickly. The guy alluded to the tree height being higher due to the lift that Anne's tree stands provide the trees. I then hear what is most certainly wood being manipulated. Come to find out that he cut the bottom of the tree shorter, but didn't drill it. I was already in my 6th floor apartment when I realized this. When I called to inform "You can bring it back and I'll drill it." So carry it back down, tie it, drive it back, remove it, drill it, tie it back on, drive it home and then back up to my apartment. No. It was on me for not checking for the drill. But the fact that I called and had the conversation but minutes earlier is very frustrating. The guy got a good cash tip for 6 minutes of work and didn't even do the job correctly. Apparently the woman I spoke to didn't communicate this with him. Being nice isn't enough. Ask questions. "Do you need a tree stand?" "What kind of stand...

DO NOT RECOMMEND! this was my first time ever going to pick out a real Christmas tree and my husband wanted to give me a nice experience which It was not at all! If I could give 0 stars I would! We didn’t even get to step into the lot , was ā€œgreetedā€ by a man on his phone outside the gate , just rattled off prices to my husband , when asked to speak to manager he said she was unavailable meanwhile I did not see 1 person in the lot ? , we walked there and even tried calling about 10 times before heading there but no answer ! The man seemed like instead of wanting to show us the trees and sell them , he would rather suggest a florist down the road . Definitely felt like he did not want to be bothered with us. No sense of holiday spirit or even sales communication skills , this was horrible business and I’m hoping my next experience will be a nicer...

My family and I have been coming here for years. We love the tree lot and the family and employees who run it. They will open every tree and show it to you until you find the one you love the most; Then trim, tie, and load it onto your car. Everyone is knowledgeable and polite. Every year, we come home with the prettiest and most perfectly shaped Christmas tree (and a couple of wreaths because who can resist Christmas DƩcor!?). Every time we have company, they ask where our tree comes from. We usually come right after Thanksgiving, and with proper trimming and water care, it lasts way past Christmas! I think the trees are well priced and for the smells, the holiday aesthetic, and the memories, they are totally worth it. We will be coming here as long as they are...
