Hi I wondered if you have a link to make a review of your services and store. I had great experience, with Chen, who helped me with a shower problem and replacement of a Mixer. I had no idea how to get the part, but over several weeks and advice about measuring etc. We were able to get the right part and I installed it and now my girlfriend is very happy with the situation so it’s a win win for me. Everybody else was super nice and friendly. They also were very happy to meet a dog I walk, Ruby who I promise to bring in when she returns from her Summer Hampton Retreat in the autumn!!
