Arc'teryx Brookfield Place — Local services in New York

I was interested in trying on a jacket for sizing at this location. I called many stores in Manhattan and none of the stores had the jacket on the racks yet. I called the Brookfield location and spoke with Allison who was beyond helpful. Allison told me that the jacket is currently in a box in the back, but if I'm interested in coming in, she'll take it out and put it aside for me to try on later that day. I agreed and came into the store several hours later. I was greeted by Allison. She quickly grabbed the jacket for me and even grabbed me another jacket in the smaller size just to make sure I had all the information I needed to make my purchase decision. Attended an awesome 5/19 brand activation and fitness event with Equinox and Mah-De-Zahr, organized by Josh!

It was the most well executed and robust programming that’s now put Arc’teryx on my radar when I consider purchasing high performance technical gear. Started the morning around the store with swag, then a hour-long strength training class as guests at Equinox, and wrapped up with tasty treats from Mah-De-Zahr. I connected with like-minded women along the way, who shared their favorite purchases like Atom Jacket, which I’ll look to get for my next hiking trip!

Local resident and thrilled the Arc'teryx opened in lower Manhattan. My family and I are frequent visitors to Brookfield; food, drink, shopping and occasional ice skating. Went to Arc'teryx for two reasons; one was a return from the holidays and to exchange that for something else. Other was for my prized luggage which had a broken zipper. Manager Emily and Dylan WERE REMARKABLE. INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, caring, informative, et al. They both went the extra mile.
