SP+ Parking — Local services in New York

Someone stayed in my car during the time I left my car at the parking. Gas level went down, car was super cold and found an unknown music CD when I got in my car. Seems like someone with access to my car got in turned the air conditioner all the way and played music for a while. On top of that, the attendant at the time of picking up the car was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After waiting for him to help us getting our car back, he decides to ignore us while we were standing in front of him. After that, he took all the time possible to get our keys and bring our car back to us assisting other people in between. After we asked him if he could help with our vehicle, the attendant finally got in the car and hit the gas as if he was racing, stopping with the transmission using parking potentially to cause damage to my car and even couldn’t indicate the exit for us to leave. At that point, we just decided to leave very disappointing and not waste our time confronting him. Overall, I’d have payed 35$ just for not using this parking and avoid the horrible service. I’ll be further inspecting my car and update this review on yelp and Google in hopes that this can be viewed by other fellows and avoid the terrible experience. First this gets 2 stars for the cleanliness, as well as for the friendliness of the valet staff, However that is all that is a positive. What a SCAM! Advertised outside Weekend Parking, 35$, for convenience I elected to park there, as opposed to 22$ up the road. However I go and request my car, and it rings up 88$. After discussing with the manager, I was informed that the 35$ is the rate from 10AM-10PM, and that I missed it because I came in at 6:38AM. When I spoke to staff in the morning I was informed 35$, so you can imagine my shock at the 88$, yet alone the solution of charging me 60$ (as it was the best they can do)…25$ more than expected. Scammers!! Cloud One recommended this place (and we will be contacting them as well) we paid for one day, 24 hours but only booked 12pm - 10am online because we had a game to attend. The game was pushed back so we needed to use our full 24 hours and leave at 11 instead. The agent who took our keys reassured us we were fine, just come within 24 hours an no charge. We even asked him to verify it, and he said YES, be here by NOON. We got there at 10:25, waited for the car and we go to leave at 10:38. It said balance due $27!!! For 38 minutes? We asked the attendant who then called the "manager" who said that online and in Person are not the same and they couldn't help us. They also couldn't answer why their agent basically lied.
