First, Artefacto’s DESIGN team is on a totally different level - EPIC. We consider ourselves so FORTUNATE to have worked with Ytala & Pietro in New York City and a second design team in Miami. We have lived in many cities and had many homes due to my career, and have subsequently worked with designers across the globe, and Ytala and Pietro are NUMBER 1.

Second, Artefacto’s FURNITURE is out of this WORLD – ok maybe not out of this world, but out of this country! Everything is hand-made, detailed to perfection and of the highest QUALITY. When we sit in our living room, and sleep in our bedroom we look at pieces of art, not furniture – simply AMAZING.

Third, Artefacto’s SERVICE was UNPARALLED. The communication, the white glove delivery, the accessories – simply beyond our expectations.

Now, I know as you read this Google Review you don’t know me, but if you did you would know I have VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS of people I work with, and from time to time I witnesss true MAGIC and my expectations are SURPASSED – ARTEFACTO is MAGIC.

I truly wish I could invite everyone of you to our apartment to see what I get to wake up to, to discover what I get to enjoy throughout the day, and honestly to sit back, sip a little champagne on a beautiful Artefacto sofa and help design your place with YOU!

We have had an amazing interaction with the designers and owners at Artefacto Manhattan. Ytala was our main designer - her abliity to put together a finished space from beginning to end with so much detail on a blend of finishes, unique pieces, and form and function of each piece was outstanding. They were patient with us as we visited both showrooms in Florida and NYC...as soon as we walked in and saw the quality of pieces and how unique everything was we immediately knew we wanted Artefacto to design everything for us!

What was even better was the fact that they made all installation arrangements with our building and installed everthing white glove service - and when we came home that night everything was done - turnkey!!!!
