Visited MC Marble Collegiate with my elder son and told him of my association with this spiritual fellowship through reading the works of Dr Norman Vincent Peale NVP in India from 1980s. The mass, choir, warm feeling and message of Inter faith dialogue were very helpful and informative

On June 03 2018 about 12:35pm I rode my bike 🚲 passing by here. Found this beautiful church in Manhattan. The church is very old and have stained glass windows. The general friendliness of people here is great and it's nice to get away from the monotony of work life.

Very disturbing experience 4/14/2024. I've been attending services here on/off for 15 years and lately Sunday School too. Around 10:00 am, business owners directly across from side entrance of church started accosting me verbally. They acted shady so I asked as u concerned citizen if they had anything to hide. I then proceeded inside the church. Some of the baldheaded "security staff" glared at me. As I proceeded down to Sunday school, I saw an elderly parishioner glare at me and then say something to failed police academy rejects/thugs about "drugs." Baldie thugs glared at me. Going into SS, a hired thug named "Steve" who I have seen many Sunday mornings for the past year bounced me from the church for services that day. He did not explain why, but asked me to go outside and take a walk with him, he would explain what was going on. (Wherein he ordered me not to come to services that day.)

I can only assume these people are all in cahoots with the business owners and they fell for the trap of dumping on someone they were told (?) was just some random homeless guy? I'd hate to see what they act like with/around people with no real power or around kids. Drew a lot of attention to themselves, for no good reason. I returned to the block (public sidewalk area) a few moments later to document more for legal report. "Steve" seemed to be standing lookout on corner of 5th Avenue, yelled "Sir!" at me as I approached and then "escorted" me along the sidewalk, placing himself between me and the church. Which he had absolutely no legal or ethical right to do.

BIG...

Easter Sunday was my 4th visit to Marble Collegiate Church and as before the warm and friendly people made me feel at home. The service was traditional, which I liked a lot for Easter Sunday, and the music was beautiful. My 2 granddaughters (ages 2-1/2 and 10 months) enjoyed the child care activities upstairs in the nursery area. The sermon was delivered with passion and sincerity while it held to scriptural integrity. Parking was expensive, but the lot right across 29th Street from the church gives a good discount if you get a validation sticker from the church.

I regret that I wasn't able to participate in their after service reception because all the people I met were so friendly I'm sure it, too, would have been pleasant.

I don't get into the city very often on Sundays, but when I do I'll plan to attend the morning service at Marble Church. In the meantime I plan to check out their on-line services when I can't get to a local church and I've decided to give on-line a few times each year to help with their mission to serve people in the...

I am not a religious person but l attended my friends ceremony at this gorgeous church recently, and l am glad l did.

This beautiful limestone church is located in the heart of Manhattan right on 5th ave, 3 blocks away from famous Empire State Building. Its well maintained beautiful big doors are very inviting,

Lovely people, amazing service, it’s such a pleasure to meet Steward, He’s an amazing person, very positive, knowledgeable and helpful! He has an outstanding personality, Church is sooo beautiful and everybody is well educated and kind, they are doing their best to keep this place together, up and running solid like a manhattan ROCK!

This is one of the best churches in the country not just architecturally but also socially, with its special programs, It’s a run by very modern and open minded people like myself and represents real American values. I will let pics talk for me and post couple pics, Stewart...
