Artisan Law — Local services in New York

We recently hired Artisan Law perform community services in which we paid our full retainer in advance. ($1800.00) Artisan Law did not render the services and is now withholding our money in which they agreed to compensate us. I spoke with Shaina Magrone who agreed and promised to refund us our money as agreed upon mutually. She and the firm has ceased all communication after agreeing to refund us money for services not performed. It has been several months since our deposit with no update. I hope this is an isolated incident and not a pattern of behavior towards customers. Any customer or community member who has paid for legal services not to have them rendered should not have to post a review just to get an update. I truly hope someone in leadership follows up on this matter as it not ethical or professional. We hope to provide a positive update to this review when leadership responds...

Shaina was fantastic. She really helped me to clear up questions I had about Intellectual Properties, Copyright, and Trademark.
