DO NOT use this place!! This place is horrible!! I used them for passport service. The agent's attitude was extremely bad. She was very impatient with every single question I asked and blamed me for not knowing enough about their business and being too demanding. After I collected all the necessary application materials, handed to them, and paid them the fee, she was annoyed just because I asked for a letter for the official result, and she said she would refund me and not proceed my application further. Was completely a waste of my time! She was extremely rude and insulting a customer. Never seen such a horrible customer service in my life. These people are very racist and disrespectful. I went there twice and they told me they don’t have ink to take a photo, I offered them to buy ink my self but they still said no come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and I waited on line while other people were taking passport photos then they told me they don’t want to take my picture they only want Asian customers. I’m disgusted...
