I've used their service in the past and decided to use them again. I live in Westchester and traveled all the way here for them to repair my car. The 2nd time around the owner said that they were booked and that I can dropped the car off. The last time I got same day service. So I asked a friend to go with me to drop my car off so that I can get a ride back home. The owner said it would be available the following day. The following day and the day after I wasn't able to get a ride. The owner kept calling me multiple times a day those days telling me to come get my car it's and that it's taking up space in his shop. I explained the situation to him and he was rude about it and even hang up the phone on me. The 3rd day now I decided to take public transport from Westchester to Queens to go get my car and I got there right when they were opening. When I got to my car it was muddy on the outside and dusty on the inside. So I asked the owner if I can get a watch because I didn't leave my in this condition. He start yelling and walking away from me upset 😡 and telling me to leave. So I said maybe he didn't hear me clearly so let me go up to him and ask him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.The owner Juan is very rude and disrespectful. I came to this place to paint my rear bumper. Paid 180 as the agreed price to make it "brand new" 2 hrs and he job was done. I come back to see that there is a noticeable scratch. I point it out to juan and he he said we have to buffer it out but it cant be done the same day. I come back a later in the week. Having to come out of work early because this SCAMMER couldnt do it during the weekend later only to find out that juan is nowhere to be seen. Another worker buffed out bumper and polished it. Because it wasnt polished either. I notice that the scratch is still there. They tell me come a week later to speak to Juan. I let the paint cure for a week and i notice its all hazy and has ALOT of scratches. I just went there this morning and this Scammer didnt even have the manners to acknowledge me. Completely ignores me until I finally get his attention. He gets angry and starts to disrespect me telling me that all i paid for was a paint job and nothing else. Got schemed here 2 times, first time they literally stole my catylitic convertor after telling me they put it in my trunk after a repair (and they charged almost 200 bucks just to replace with a pipe, $50 dollar job at any other exhaust shop there) 2nd time I came to get my bumper painted. Paid nearly 400 dollars for the worst job I've ever seen. Literal paint dripping down my entire bumper, overspray all over my car and the underside. Now the paint is slowly chipping off not even 3 months later. I told them I'll pay 400 if they put clearcoat at least and they couldn't even do that. Disgusting job for 400 dollars, I could have went to an actual bodyshop instead of this shady place for that price. I pointed the dripping overspray to the owner and he told me that it was water and it will dry, 3 months later those huge drips are still there.
