I am completely disappointed with the customer service at this store. All the employees are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Iâm not sure if they are trained to act this way as part of their job or if they simply hate their work due to poor pay or bad treatment, but what I do know is that every time I enter this store, I feel like running out. The employees look at customers as if weâre going to steal something, which is completely unacceptable. The last time I went in, I wasnât even carrying any bags or backpack, so there was no reason for me to feel so uncomfortable. On one occasion, I saw a beautiful pair of pants displayed on a mannequin outside the store, so I decided to go in and check if they had them in stock. I looked around by myself and when I couldnât find them, I approached the staff to ask, but no one helped or seemed interested. I then decided to go directly to the mannequin to check the size on the tag, and thatâs when one of the sales associates spoke to me very rudely, telling me not to touch the mannequin. She was extremely aggressive, muttering angrily, and almost shouting. It was such a rude attitude that Iâve never felt so bad in a store. My friend, who was with me, couldnât tolerate the salespersonâs attitude and told her that she was behaving wrongly and that she was in the wrong place. Another time, I was with my husband, who was looking at some items in the menâs section, while I was waiting for him near the door. An employee rudely told me to move away from there, for no reason at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I love Armani clothing, and I have been a customer for a long time, but after these experiences, I will never return to this store in the Rego Park Mall. Now I understand why the store is almost always empty. Iâve always believed that when employees behave this way, itâs a reflection of poor management and mistreatment of staff. As the saying goes, "Dogs resemble their owners." I highly recommend avoiding this store, it has the worst customer service Iâve ever...
Read morePLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES . Armani Exchange as a brand looked great but if you were a frequent buyer like myself you know the quality of their products is a 0/10. But this time I had to deal with 0/10 Unprofessional , incompetent, inexperienced and disrespectful employees . You would expect the âmanagerâ shawneey would be any better but she was a -100/10. Not at all customer friendly , very condescending - said âitâs the managers discretion to not return the product.â Tried to threaten me by calling âsecurityâ for a $70 belt . I was able to get photos of 2 of the 3 job haters and left you guys a little story to read. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
Went to store to return a belt because it was too big. Employee in the photo below didnât understand exchange policy . Needed help from her manager shawneey (too afraid to be photographed) so she could be trained on returning the item . After 5 minutes of deliberation lady in photo said I could only return in 30 calendar days . Apparently sheâd forgotten that February had 28 calendar days this year. New story - For some rhyme or reason she couldnât do the return so she needed her manager . Then came Shawneey and scanned the belt like it was a murder weapon, scanned and checked barcodes and then was able to find that the belt they sold me had a scratch on it . Refused to return the item at âmanagers discretion.â Asked for her name - she refused to give me her name. Tried to take a picture and she ran away like I were going to play hide and seek with her. Then i see very petite suited male walk up to me like he were a part of McDonaldâs security but behaved like he were in the Bronx . He asked me to leave the store by then the other two unprofessional employees were hiding in the back so I gave him a good piece of my mind . The only reason why he reminded me of the projects was because his response was I finish at 7 , meet me after 7 . OKAY ⌠Sir , Bronx behavior must be confined to the projects the youâll go...
Read more, I made a purchase in your store on July 13, I bought black sunglasses, which were sold to me at a different price, not as on the price tag of $80, but for $85 + tax, the total cost of the glasses was $92.55 when I asked The question is why are you selling it to me at a different price? To which both sellers looked at each other and quickly said that nothing was clear! The second moment I left the store, opened the box with the glasses and there was a scratch on them and returned to the store to return the goods. I waited a very long time for the return receipt, the seller was dissatisfied and mumbled whatever. Listen, I came to a brand store and spend money. I want decent service! I called a day later to find out where the refund is, why is it taking so long? In response, I hear, wait another day and another. For such service, I asked for a discount on my next purchase, they told me they couldnât help me, or come to the store and weâll take a look. Today is July 18th, I'm tired of calling and hearing the same thing. Please look into my situation and give...
