I would give 0 star if I can. They are horrible; do not do business with them. I tried to close my account with foreign currency recently. When they said I have to wait for two days to sell the fund first, I was fine with that. I asked them to issue me the fund in check form. They said I would have to pay if I want the fund in bank check, otherwise, I would have to go in again to get the cash when the fund is available. It seem very ridiculous that they cannot provide complementary bank check when closing your account. Meanwhile the "customer service representative" was rude and unprofessional. Read more07/13/2021 Went into 42-35 Main St, Flushing to hopefully open a new account. I have never encountered someone as rude and arrogant as this male banker. I asked him general questions regarding account opening. He acted as if I was supposed to know the answers, and made me sound dumb. This man clearly does not like his job. My mom and my friend’s mom just wanted to ask about an international wire transfer and were thinking about opening an account. But this guy straight-up said they only serve big clients and don’t deal with small businesses. The way he said it, plus his attitude, was just so rude and condescending.
