Terrible customer service from the woman at the front (wearing glasses). When we placed our order, she told us it would take 25 minutes. We waited 28 minutes before going back in, and I just asked, “Is our order almost ready?” That’s it. Out of nowhere, she snapped and said, “I told you it’s at least 25 minutes. If you want it now, I’ll give it to you raw. I don’t care.”
I was shocked. I simply asked a normal question, and she acted like I was attacking her. Then she started lying, saying she told us that the kitchen would bring it out when it’s ready and that she couldn’t leave the front desk. She even threatened that if she left the counter and something got stolen, it would be my fault. The crazy part is—when I walked in, there was no one at the front!
I asked if the owner could check the security footage with audio because I said nothing rude. She was the one who came at me aggressively, then told me never to come back. Honestly, with that attitude, no wonder the business...
Read moreJust came here recently. Food was decent for skewers and came hot with a good amount of spice. That's the only redeeming quality. Sadly, everything else was way under part. Customer service was terrible. The chairs are very low and forces you to sit in a squat position with no backing. We only ordered 1 beer and 4 came. We order some chicken gizzards and it never came until asked. Food was very slow to arrive. The last straw was that they said cash only and credit card is $50 minimum. I repeat $50 minimum. This is unheard of and I'm not even sure of this is legal. There is no signage whatsoever within anywhere on the restaurant. Luckily I had enough cash. Suffice to say, I will no longer visit this location and will only go to their sister one on Kissena...

My friend had went there a couple days ago with a couple of other friends and one of the friend had paid the bill. According to the store owner the minimum is 20% tips. The friend that paid the bill didn’t think their service and attitude was good. The friend ended up giving them 15%. The next time my friend went back the store owner said she must give 20% this time but she was not the one who paid the bill last time and had asked for the store owner to apologize to her.
