Barnes & Noble — Local services in New York

I had a wonderful experience at Barnes & Noble recently, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. The store was impeccably organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of books was vast, with plenty of new releases as well as classics, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of genres available.

What really stood out to me was the cozy atmosphere. The store had a warm, welcoming vibe, and I spent a good amount of time browsing and even sat down with a coffee from their in-store cafe to enjoy a good book. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they were quick to offer recommendations when I asked.

Alex B. was at the register but I asked for help finding the Steve Jobs biography. Not only did he help me see if one would be in stock but he even offered to go and get the book for me. Then, as I was checking out he told me about the Premium Membership. For reference I spend hundreds in B&N monthly. I love books and I also love journaling. I guess he could see that I was already a member but that I earn rewards quite often and really quickly. For me the Premium Membership totally makes sense and I'm glad he told me about it. I didn't even know it existed. He also helped me decide on the color of my premium membership card and told me all about the new green totes since I already have 2 of the blue ones I bought all on my own because I'm at B&N so much and just cuz. I love my free green tote. I'm stoked to read my new books I got today and this isn't even my usual location but I'm coming back so I can get help from Alex B. Amazing...

Okay, I never do reviews because I more of a go with the flow , MY GIRL STELLAAAAA YESSS QUEEN omg. I’m getting back into reading and I love horror books so I just finished Nick Cutter’s The Troop and I gave Stella the whole run down, and before I even put ya on, off rip, her demeanor made me approach her, very friendly and her aura just screams safe and great vibes, I love it. After telling tea, she walks me over to give me some recommendations and also point out some good authors to keep an eye out for then I told her my specific genre and she directed me to Battle Royale and I was absolutely baffled at the size. She also gave me some follow up books to read once I finish so best believe I’m coming back to catch up and get my books from Stella Queen. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING STELLA STAY A BLESSED BADDIE !!!...
