By far a terrible experience. Like most people probably, i decided to come here due to the reviews but that was a big mistake. It took me over a month to get my t shirts printed mind you turnaround time is said to be 10 days. Every couples days, they’ll update me saying they need more time so no corners would be cut and results would be perfected. Due to the fact I didn’t want no rushed products, I decided to change my deadlines on my end and accommodate their timing. Little did I know, this whole experience was just a scam. This place is overpriced and I spent a lot of money to receive less then mediocre work. When I received my items, 3 shirts had paint on it, 2 was misprinted, 7 of them had some type of glue on it. 50 of them, the words were PRINTED CROOKED and EVERY SINGLE screen printed shirt (which was about 100 shirts) were terribly done. The words were fuzzed and the texture of the print was poor and even the word poor is an understatement. I reached out and explained my issue to the people in charge and all they had offered me was store credit to have future prints...this was just a extremely bad experience for me. Unlike them, I care about what I put out so since most of these items can’t be sold, this whole situation was just a waste of money and time. Idk what experience everyone had but listening to those reviews is something I regret deeply...I really hope no one has the same...

They seem like nice people but they don't quality check and lack an understanding of apparel design...I've had my work done twice incorrectly and they clearly do not compare it to the original artwork before sending it out. After spending $300+ for a single yard, I'm extremely disappointed.

The first time: they used the wrong artwork file (they used my draft instead of the final version inc. in the latest email) and the quality was unusable (it was warped and filled with gaps) but they sent it to me anyway.

They were kind enough to redo it and send it free of charge, but the second time they neglected to print the sewing line even though it was in the artwork file. They also printed the whole thing on the wrong grain line of the fabric (anyone who knows anything about fabric knows how to avoid that mistake)

I was willing to spend the money to entrust their expertise and benefit from both the convenience and precision, but I didn't get either of those things while being out an extra couple of hundred dollars and several extra hours of work required on my end to make up for their mistakes. It would seem that projects brought here would need to be...

I found this place after searching for a while and it seemed good based on the reviews. I was wrong

I simply ordered 15 hoodies. HALF of them were wrong. One was ruined from the printer. They didn't send a set of sizes that i ordered, and sent them in a different size I didn't order.

Not only that, but they completely used different a different type of hoodie blank for some of them. It's not like they could be mixed up, they were champion hoodies with an embroidery on them, which is not what i ordered. Apparently it was a problem with some middleman, so i guess they don't do quality control.

Now it's been over a month and I still don't have my replacements because they dont even have the product i ordered in stock. They keep trying to get me to use an entirely different hoodie blank that I didn't pay for. No wonder they don't offer refunds for this insanely overpriced service.
