I was going to this store on and off for 6 years because it's close by and most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The girls even hugged me when I came through and asked about my son. However, the tall Korean man is very rude and disrespectful. He used to follow both me and my son around the store, though I had already established myself as a faithful, paying customer. So, I stopped going for a time and took my business elsewhere. I would only go for small things when I was in a time crunch. I went back again today, this time for some hair (trying not to let the one bad apple ruin the whole bunch) but this was a mistake.

A young lady (new to the store) had just put a 2nd wig on my head to try when this man came over calling me "sweety" repeatedly during our conversation, though I told him my name and asked him to address me by it, which he refused and later said he did not remember nor care what my name was. He told me I knew their policy of only 3 wigs. The young lady corrected him and said she had just put the 2nd wig on my head to which he replied that was not the real issue. He said they have a 10min time limit and that I could see he had a number of boxes to open and he needed to restock (basically letting me know I was in his way).

He added that he didn't care about losing a sale, that it's a Friday, they're busy (though I was the only person in the hair section) and that he had to put boxes away.

He kept talking over me when I replied. The Korean lady (who I believe is the owner and used to be quite sweet) came over to support him. Someone who will condone this kind of behavior and treatment of customers needs to be put out of business.
