Big Apple Florist — Local services in New York

I was sending flowers to a friend recovering from a major surgery and everyone at Big Apple Florist - from my first phone call with them in October to today, the day the arrangement was finally delivered - was absolutely incredible. They called several times each day to follow up on whether or not my friend was out of the ICU and the flowers could be sent. I also got updates several times a day via phone call which I appreciated tremendously. Each of you at Big Apple deserves a giant hug and I will send anyone and everyone your way for flowers. We used Big Apple Florist for our rehearsal dinner in November. Needless to say, it was the perfect finishing touch to the night. So happy I found this neighborhood florist (who also does amazing events). Rich was so nice and helpful with ideas and arrangements after I walked in with pots of varying sizes. The entire staff is very friendly and they delivered my order for free (thanks, Aaron!) when I realized the gorgeous potted orchid was too large to carry home. Love all my new plants and will definitely be returning...
