I absolutely LOVE IBuyFlowers. I cannot compliment them enough. My rep, Carol Reilly, is the BEST. She sees my ordering online and always makes sure that I get the best deal and do not forget something. She has even alerted me to my leaving something in my cart and not finishing an order...for a wedding nonetheless. I feel as though she is one of my team members, always looking out for my continued success. In addition, the quality of the flowers is excellent. I would say that I have perhaps 5% quality issues, and if that is the case, it is immediately taken care of. The quality and the quantity of what is available beats any other wholesaler I have dealt with. The pricing is competitive and fair. The customer service is terrific from placing the order, confirming the order, and shipping. If there is an issue at all along the way, I am alerted via text. I have had farms from South America contact me to confirm a substitution or change in my order. I have never known that to happen with any other flower purchasing company. I cannot say enough amazing things about IBuyFlowers and my rep Carol! I love that I’m getting truly farm fresh quality, flexible ship dates, and incredible above and beyond customer service. Sourcing flowers for me, was the hardest part of floral design before finding IBuyFlowers. I only design weddings, so having trust in your wholesaler, and trust that the flowers are “wedding day worthy” is key! Now, I know that every bunch coming into my studio is going to be high quality and at its freshest. I just opened my florist business in April 2025 and I was looking at various wholesalers to buy flowers from. When I heard great reviews from another florist recommending IBuyFlowers I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! After being a florist for 12 years I can say the floral quality and flower freshness exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, after a day being shipped, the flowers were thirsty, but very fresh, after hydrating over night they popped up, filled out and were sooo beautiful! After two weeks in the cooler what was left from my initial order still looked very good. I love knowing the farms that grow flowers and sell through IBuyFlowers often have clean growing conditions with lowest amounts of pesticides possible and follow good business practices.
