The good reviews on here have to be fake or in store deal they made/bought or from people who got their first piercings. Not sure. But here’s the TRUTH: I’ve been getting piercings & jewelry for 6-7 years now. Safe to say this place is a huge scam after my experience. I’ve had my nose pierced for about 5 years, my usual piercer at Silver Image (Flushing) is great, painless piercings & the jewelry lasted me years. Everytime I lost it I was able to insert it back in, in less than 10 seconds even if it fell out in my sleep once in a while. So even with the jewelry out for hours it was a simple process at home. I came here 8/4 to get nose piercing jewelry and the jewel literally popped off on 8/6…literally 2 days later. I paid $20 for something they def got in bulk for maybe $2 or less off AliExpress or Temu. I struggled to put the jewelry in for about 30 mins when I first got it but I blamed it on my nose hole being open for a couple hours. Even tho like I said before, my other jewelry would go in just fine and easily after sleeping with it out for a few hours. Anyways, I asked for a replacement on 8/7 I got it. The man in front said it’s final sale and he was irritated. But it gave me the same hassle and would NOT go in. This time I had jewelry in it about a minute before trying the replacement. It’s definitely cheap jewelry. Very cheap. It was bending so easily, the jewel doesn’t stay in place for even 2 days. I’ve decided that tonight I’m just gonna head to my actual piercer and always do that. I suggest everyone stay away from this store for health, financial, & respect purposes. It’s wrong to put people through physical pain with cheap jewelry. Infections are serious. And nobody likes dealing with unstable jewelry. Please go to real piercers and jewelers. I came here out of desperation and it was NOT worth it.

I came to get my 9 month old ears pierced and Shani was so helpful. Shani showed us prices and explained the difference between the silverware or gold she should and can wear. Shani not only made me feel comfortable but my 9 month old.
